Birthday bowling trip!

To celebrate my birthday, we decided to go bowling. It was the first time Grace had been and we all had a great time. Ella got to stay home with Grampy...it was so great to get to take Grace by herself. I think that was her favorite part of the night! I am a bit disappointed, though. Apparently there are little ramps available for small children that are supposed to make bowling easier. They just set the ball in it, give it a little push, and away the ball goes. I had never heard of such a thing and no one at the bowling alley mentioned it. Who knew? Well, apparently everyone I know knew about these things, but failed to pass along the info until after our trip. Oh, well. We will be prepared for next time.
