Green Eggs and Ham

This week at cooking class we created our version of "Green Eggs and Ham." Ms. Erin read us the story for inspirations and the rest is history. Erin is the BEST. She is so creative and PATIENT. I will be sad when Grace has to go to "real"school and we don't get to come to these classes!
This is Ella showing her total disinterest in what was going on. She just wanted to get down and play.
Grace is a pro at dumping ingredients in the bowl, a prerequisite for cooking class.
The drink today was a kiwi-honey dew melon frozen drink. Sounded like a random mixture, but it was actually really refreshing.
Okay, Okay. So the ham isn't green, but it was Graces favorite part.
This is a picture of the green eggs. I figured we would just add a few drops of green food coloring to the eggs and call it a day, but there were other plans. Erin used a recipe from the "Deceptively Delicious" cookbook that used spinach in the eggs. All of the moms really enjoyed the recipe, but the kids weren't quite sold.
